Once a platform is chosen, we recommend the following sequence sending emails, SMS or both at the same time.
- A minimum of three requests sent over a 7-10 day period ( the vast majority of your reviews will come from the 2nd / 3rd requests.
- Keep all request content short and sweet, under 100 words recommended.
- Do not use images and too many links, and do not use links to your main business domain.
- Deactivate customers after clicking through to a review site.

You will want to use an automation workflow provider to connect the apps /platforms you currently use to manage your business.
- Accounting Platforms – Xero, Quickbooks etc.. a great trigger is when a customer pays an invoice to ask for a review.
- Job Management Platforms – Tradify, ServiceM8 etc.. a great trigger is when a customer job is completed to ask for a review

- Email / SMS copy A/B testing
